I meant to forward these pictures yesterday morning. After they picked up recycling plastics, this was what I found when I went to retrieve the bin. This piece of plastic was tucked just under the cover of the bin. This is what Clifford Roach jr does to continue his harassment. This was a regular occurrence when I was working and came home. He had left something tucked just under the lid of the garbage bin to tell me he was here. Then he also threw this bag with garbage directly in front of the ramp. As soon as I opened the door yesterday morning, that little bag with garbage greeted me. “No peace to the wicked,” says the Lord. Nobody but the stalking Roach would have thrown a bag with garbage in front of this house….harassment.
