I worked 3/10/19, after I was given report I went in search of a COW (computer on wheel) I found one that printed on the red team. It so happened that I was also assigned to the RED team that night. When I found it and it worked I voiced these words, “wow, I found a RED team computer and I’m working in the red team, nice” and it worked fine. It had a scanner that I had taped because it was loose and falling off, so I taped it. I had taped this message on the upper portion of the monitor, I didn’t want anyone taking it. I left it and went to break at 21:00. When I returned I saw that the computer was the same, I was surprised, I thought someone would have taken it, which is what happened many times, but not that night. See next picture.
This is the scanner that was on the computer I had found. The scanner was facing to the left and I taped it up because it was loosened. As you can see, this scanner is now secured, but not the one I had found that night. That was why I had to tape it so it would not keep falling.
This was how I had taped the scanner. Just like this, notice the scanner still facing the left. This little piece of tape I circled in blue is exactly how I had taped the scanner and left it in the hallway between rooms 25 and 26. That’s was where I sat when I was assigned to the RED team. I didn’t have to go to the nurse’s station to print the patient’s discharged papers, I could print from the computer for the RED team. That’s why I was happy I had found a computer that would print discharge papers on the same team I was on that night.
Yeah, look at these two scanners? The one I had initially taped was facing the left. But then I returned from my break, it was facing the right side instead of the left. I didn’t realize it had been changed because the COW looked as if it was in the same position I had left it. When I was discharging the patient and couldn’t find the papers on the RED team printer, I still didn’t realize it was NOT a RED team COW anymore. It was when I had gone to the GREEN team for something that I found the patients’ discharge papers. That was when it became clear what had taken place while I was on my break. These are the kinds of evil harassment Clifford Roach plans, but still, he can’t find any peace. Nothing has brought him any form of contentment, he is very much still ANGUISHED over my rejection of him, it was well deserved.
